OWNER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Kris Gray is one of the owners of Funeral Director’s Resource and now works exclusively with Osiris Software. He is a second generation funeral director who knows the demands of the funeral industry firsthand.
KARA LUDLUM, MBA
Kara Ludlum is a founding member of both Funeral Directors Resource and Osiris Software. Kara is a certified public accountant, a licensed funeral director and embalmer, and holds a MBA from Cameron University.
Ben Adams joined Osiris Software in 2007 to provide guidance and development oversight for all of the Osiris Software offerings. Ben holds several industry-specific certifications and an advanced degree in Application Development.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jayna Mannen joined Funeral Directors Resource in 1995. She manages our accounting and tax department and oversee daily operations. Jayna holds an Accounting Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Keith Mannen joined Funeral Directors Resource in 2000. He oversees all of the technology needs for the company and manages the prepaid accounting services and customer support outlets. Keith holds a Finance Degree from Cameron University.
Shawn Timmons began his career at Osiris Software while attending Cameron University in 2010. He also began working as a funeral assistant in 2011 and gained firsthand knowledge of the death care industry. Shawn has a naturally outgoing personality and a great work ethic. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Ashley joined the Osiris Software team in 2018. Ashley is the Customer Relationship Manager for our funeral home and cemetery customers. She brings 12 years of experience in customer service. She is enthusiastic and has great project management skills. She is a valuable part of the team and makes every effort to ease the transition for our new customers and also helps manage the needs of our valuable established customers.
Erin Dudkowski joined Funeral Directors Resource in 2003. Erin does prepaid accounting and support for Funeral Homes. Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cameron University.
Josh Gates joined Osiris Software in May of 2015. He brings with him 20 years of experience in software development. His software development experience has been to help propel Osiris forward. Joshua enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports.
Kathy Kimbro has been with the firm for over 20 years. She provides support to the Trust and Financial Accounting Departments. Kathy is active in her church and enjoys spending time with her family and grandsons.
Justin Ludlum is the son of Kara Ludlum and has a passion for accounting and client relations. A recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma, attaining Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance, he has become the newest addition of the Osiris family. Justin is now working full-time for Osiris software and is earning his Master’s in Accounting in his spare time. Justin loves philanthropy as much as he loves football (which is quite a lot) and regularly lends a hand at food kitchens and has attended multiple international mission trips. He is always committed to the happiness of our customers, so do not hesitate to contact him with questions about QuickBooks and Osiris Support.
Jamie Mangum is a member of the stellar financial accounting services at Ludlum & Mannen, CPA’s PC. Jamie has been self employed so she knows the demands placed upon entrepreneurs and assists clients with streamlining their accounting.
Daniel Myers joined Funeral Director’s Resource in 2017. He provides accounting and tax services to clients. Daniel holds a Finance Degree from Cameron University and is currently completing a bachelor’s of Accounting Degree from Cameron University.
Pam has been with FDR for six years and serves as a Senior Financial Accountant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance and a Bachelor’s of Accounting from Cameron University.
Kevin Warrington joined Osiris Software in 2018. He provides technical support for our customers and system support within our company. Kevin holds an MIS degree from Oklahoma State University.
