Current Cases Enhancements
Cases highlighted in red will show when they were added to Osiris while hovering over the name
Cases with no Case number will show highlighted in red at the top of the current case listing (if a case number is set as required in settings)
At-Need cases can now be removed and added back to the current listing
Vitals page enhancements
Canada- Fixed Manitoba misspelling, added Residence Apt. number field visibility
Michigan- Added “Hospice- Home” as a place of death option, added additional education options, fixed autopsy misspelling
Fixed bug that caused the save button to show when no changes have been made
Report Enhancements and fixes
Fixed bug that caused contract totals to be incorrectly figured in reports, search screen, and other places in the user interface where financial totals are displayed
Upgrades to underlying report infrastructure to increase speed and accuracy
General enhancements throughout Osiris
Contract Locations- Fixed issue causing contracts to show in a different location than the case
Quick Add Error- Fixed bug that caused an error when quick-adding a case to a location that was just created
Case Contacts- Fixed bug that caused contact sorting to not work as expected
Billing Statements- Cash Advance totals now reflect handling fee(s)
Family Collaboration Portal Enhancements (Director Initiated Cases)
Removed “I prefer to be contracted via” as there is not place in Osiris to view the information
Improved phone number filed that automatically formats the phone numbers that are 10 digits
Added parents place of birth to states where it is required (AZ, CA, CO, GA, ME, MI, NC, OK, PA, VA, WA, WI, and Canada)
Option part page expanded for increased visibility, also allows user to see distinct location name when it is longer than 20 characters
Family Collaboration Portal Enhancements (Family Initiated Cases)
Options Part: Added feedback when copying a link to let the user know it has been copied to the clipboard
Increased validation for submitting cases
Added an email notification that is sent to the location email address when a case is added to Osiris via the Family Collaboration link
Preneed Arrangements now have an option to plan for “self” reducing input of repetitive info for the user
Fixed bug that caused error when submitting a Preneed case
Case Numbering Enhancements
The case number field also allows the user to reassign the case to the next available number even if a case has a number in it currently
The case number field (in the funeral home data tab) now has a button to lookup the next case number and assign it when one is not assigned yet
