We Were Built For This

While Osiris Software remains open for business, we want to share with you what we are doing in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in order to ensure service continuity. Our two priorities right now are providing continued and uninterrupted service to our customers and maintaining the safety and well-being of our employees.

To ensure that our team remains healthy and fully functional we have created remote-work environments and closed our public administrative office to only allow for private, employee-only access.

100% Ready Infrastructure

We want to assure you that the technology Osiris Software runs on is highly redundant, resilient and fully operational. And, because Osiris runs in the cloud, we’re already “remote-work ready”. Our internal infrastructure has been completely ready for the massive remote-work situation long before the coronavirus outbreak. So the system has been used, tested and ready for this situation.

Free License Add-Ons For Existing Customers

In an effort to support our existing customers, we are offering add-on licenses at no additional cost to help alleviate transitional remote-work scenarios during this pandemic. If you or any of your directors would like to take advantage of this, please email your needs to support@osirissoftware.com. Once we verify your account, we will work together to help facilitate a remote-work set up for you during this time of crisis.

At Osiris Software, we continue to run our operations 24/7 as normal and we do not anticipate any disruption. We are doing our best to ensure the usual availability, quality and speed of our customer service. However, we would like to thank you for your understanding in case of occasional delays in our support answers. After all, this is an extraordinary situation and it might take us some time until we all get fully used to it.
