General Manager Overall: Excellent, the Osiris staff is full of knowledge, and their customer service is 2nd to none. Osiris has delivered on all of their promises. Pros: The product delivers everything our cemetery needs. It is user friendly and easy to understand. We have a software that delivers the needs of the cemetery and the families. Osiris a new beginning Overall: Having to work with Osiris since 2019, Osiris has evolved and improved many of its original features. Working closely with the Osiris software team, we were able to work through these features and make Osiris work for us. They truly listen and care for the needs of their clients. Pros: Osiris software is easy to navigate. Training oncoming staff on how to navigate the Osiris software was truly easy. They have a great customer response time. Cons: In the beginning, Osiris had features that were meant for the Funeral Homes and were not really beneficial to cemeteries.

Osiris Review Overall: The Osiris team has been incredibly kind and supportive. Our experience has been extremely positive. Pros: There are so many features we enjoy using; the document and payment links, Osiris Pay for easy payment tracking, the QuickBooks export for invoices and deposits, and especially how the grave‑location populates on our documents and removes the risk of manual entry errors. The Help of Osiris Overall: Never been disappointed. I would recommend to anyone for the sake of direct location of services. Kudos Pros: It has been and continues to be a most helpful resource. Sometimes Simple is Better Overall: As a new funeral planner, and new to the industry, I have found it to be an easy to learn system. It is streamline on the information. You don't have to jump around. It's is not too complex. Pros: It is simple and streamlined. I like that the side bar has everything. From what I understand the funeral home gets unlimited storage. Cons: There could be a spot for family to email photos other than just informational collaboration. Unless I'm unaware of it, it would be nice to be able to copy a profile or contract when creating a new contact that is a family member. Example: Husband and wife come in. Create profile and estimate for wife. Husband wants the same thing. The ability to copy wife information over to husband through a click would be awesome.

Scott’s Bluff Morticians Overall: The overall experience I’ve had with the Osiris software has been nothing but great things, easy and convenient for the funeral directors and funeral industry Pros: I like that all my forms and documents that I need for a case is just clicks away. Easy to navigate Overall: I've used other programs in the past (HMIS) & Osiris is very comparable. I'm new to the program but it's pretty self explanatory. Pros: Easy to navigate. Time saving that you can send forms for signature through the program vs DocuSign. Cons: Nothing that I can think of. I haven't been using it that long. Osiris saves times and puts families first Overall: Overall, I have enjoyed using Osiris. It has helped me stay on top of my tasks and accounting. I love having all forms in one place and auto filled as well which saves a lot of time. Pros: I love how Osiris helps you stay organized. I love the checklists, event management and ability for families to collaborate. Osiris is a digital file which helps funeral directors put the families first and stay organized. A Must Have! Overall: Overall, we are very pleased with Osiris. We have been using the system for over 6 years now. It is easy to use and fills all our needs. We are able to upload and keep all documents in our printed file and keep it electronically to share across locations. It has helped us with our efficiency and communication in our funeral homes. Customer service has been top notch. They are very responsive and have been very attentive to our needs. We would recommend Osiris to any funeral home looking for a comprehensive software program that is easy to use and powerful enough to cover all important and necessary funeral home needs. It is a must have for our offices! Pros: We have used several software systems over the years and Osiris is by far the simpliest and most comprehesive. From the very start, it is intuitive and user friendly. Our staff was able to quickly learn what was necessary for our needs and intergrate it right away. Having all our files and paperwork in one place to be shared across locations is a must have. Osiris has made our processes more streamlined and efficient. Cons: There are only a few things that we don't like about Osiris. Because the vitals page is for multiple states, there is information on there that we do not have to collect. When training someone, we just have to let them know which information is pertinent and which is not. We would love to see more access on the mobile app. Having access to notes would be very helpful when we are on the go and outside the office.

Very happy we made the switch Overall: It took us a long time to make the switch from antiquated software. We are glad we did. It has been a definite overall upgrade for us. Pros: Osiris is comprehensive and user friendly. I like that we get frequent software upgrades so I know they are sharpening their product. Cons: I cannot think of any downside to Osiris at this time. My only suggestion would be a larger font on the at-need search criteria landing page.
